NURSE CALL SYSTEM

The Nurse Calling System (NCS) is a communication and automation system enabling patients in the Hospital patient Services to call nurses from patient rooms, patient toilets and baths and emergency observation rooms, conveying these calls to nurses through Overhead Warning Lights, Nurse Call Panels in the service desks and their pagers; and recoding and reporting service performance by the smart cards used by the ward nurses. Also the wired and wireless models ease product installation in hospitals.

Nurse calling systems play a vital role in hospitals by ensuring efficient communication between patients and healthcare providers. With the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, nurse calling systems have become even more advanced and effective. These systems enable patients to easily request assistance by simply pressing a button, which automatically alerts the nursing staff. The use of IoT in nurse calling systems allows for real-time monitoring and tracking of patient requests, ensuring that urgent situations are promptly addressed. Additionally, the technology enables healthcare providers to remotely access patient information and monitor their conditions, enhancing overall patient care and safety. Nurse calling systems are essential in hospitals as they help streamline communication, improve response times, and ultimately enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
